Formation DocGen

Formation DocGen is a document generation module add-on to Formation Software. It allows your business to fully automate the generation of output documents in a PDF or Word format. Formation DocGen works seamlessly with Formation's workflow functions. This means that you can build Formation into your existing business processes or create more enhanced processes using our software. Our DocGen module integrates with your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems - including DocuWare.

Versatile document export

Formation DocGen is used to automate the exporting of documents from Formation Software into your Document Management System. Documents can be automatically produced and exported in a range of ways including:

Directly to a SFTP or FTP server
Attached to emails
Directly into DocuWare without the need to manually index your document

Formation DocGen also allows multiple outputs to be triggered at the same time. For example, if you have three outputs (email 1, PDF, email 2) each with different content, then Formation can send each output to a different destination.
